proposed development at 156 WEST END LANE

This is a major development proposal, currently at the planning review stage, to build a large number of new homes in blocks of up to 7 storeys on the Travis Perkins site extending from West End Lane behind the gardens on the south side of Lymington Road.

We have made a formal objection to this development on several grounds. In particular, Crediton Hill residents, especially those living at the bottom half of the street, will find themselves at street level facing a massive overbearing site looming high above the Lymington Road Victorian houses. The proposed project is also on the immediate border of a conservation area
